{"id":198,"date":"2005-04-01T15:05:10","date_gmt":"2005-04-01T15:05:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.stevepugh.net\/VTT\/?p=198"},"modified":"2005-04-01T15:05:10","modified_gmt":"2005-04-01T15:05:10","slug":"going-down","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stevepugh.net\/VTT\/2005\/04\/going-down\/","title":{"rendered":"Going down&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Not quite dinosaurs but close, <b><abbr title=\"Honourable Lead Boiler Suit Company\">HLBS Co<\/abbr><\/b> have released a range of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hlbs.co.uk\/series.php?id=28\" title=\"Down the bottom of the page, after the Triffids!\">deep sea divers and ocean dwelling creatures<\/a>, including several prehistoric marine reptiles.<\/p>\n<div class=\"gallery\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hlbs.co.uk\/images\/catalogue\/B07.png\" alt=\"HLBS Platecarpus model\" \/><\/div>\n<p>There&#8217;s not much else available for 25\/28mm scale time travellers who like to get their feet wet.<\/p>\n<p><b><abbr title=\"Honourable Lead Boiler Suit Company\">HLBS Co<\/abbr><\/b> used to have a Tylosaurus and an Elasmosaurus as waterline models and <b>DZ MIniatures<\/b> had a very large but utterly fantastic waterline Lipleurodon. If you see any these for sale you should first grab as many as you can and secondly let me know so I can grab the rest.<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sbarber-models.clara.net\/main.html\">Steve Barber Models<\/a><\/b> do some cavemen mucking about in the water and a <i lang=\"la\">Carcharadon Megalodon<\/i> (rough translation &#8220;fecking huge shark with fecking huge teeth&#8221;) to gobble them up.<\/p>\n<p>And <b>Flagship Games<\/b> have a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flagshipgames.com\/ictheasaur.htm\">Ictheasaur<\/a> (sic), that at 8&#8243; must represent one of the 15m giants such as <i lang=\"la\">Shonisaurus<\/i>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Not quite dinosaurs but close, HLBS Co have released a range of deep sea divers and ocean dwelling creatures, including several prehistoric marine reptiles.
